Ugly Hound Supply offers a 30 day money back guarantee on online purchases. Products being returned must be in new condition with their original packaging. Special ordered items are not eligible for returns unless they have a manufacturer's defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
