• We offer flat-rate ground shipping for $8.00 on all orders under $100.00.

• We offer free shipping all all orders over $100.00.
   
• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
   

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
   
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
   

• All orders ship via ground shipping.
   
• Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.
   
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
   

• We currently ship within the United States.
   
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
   

• Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you so you can follow your package every step of the way.
   

• Ugly Hound Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
